Ozigo is a pale pinkish-brown, medium-density hardwood related to Okoumé and used in much the same way — mainly for rotary veneer and plywood. It peels cleanly and glues well but is only slightly durable and can contain resin pockets. A lesser-known species promoted as a plywood and light-joinery timber.
